Important Info!!

Apologies for sporadic information, but we have switched group leaders from John Garrett to Brooke Pashek. Sorry for the confusion this may have caused, but Brooke can answer all of your questions from here on out at 413 230 6094 or brooke151@comcast.net.

Payments: Flights need to be booked ASAP, but we can not book the groups flights without a $350 deposit and $500 payment that was due Nov 10. The second $500 payment is due Dec 10 - we understand the group leader did not get this information out, so we can be somewhat flexible here. Payment in full is due 21 days before the trip. This cost, as you know, is $1299 plus the cost of the flight which is variable until we book! Payments can be in the form of a check mailed to 32 Warren Ave, Whitman, MA 0232 OR online at www.ampedforeducation.org.. Click donate, and then add the 3% service fee if you choose to pay online.

We will hold a meeting this THURSDAY  DECEMBER 10 at 5:30PM at Fishtales in Hatfield, MA to answer any questions. Please try to make it to the meeting, as it streamlines us getting information out.
