It was nice meeting some of you at last week's meeting! Thanks so much for your understanding of a problem that was out of our hands. We have some more information about the trip that we want to share! In the future, this will be the place with all trip information and, as we get closer, we will add flight info etc.
Please note that the February 2016 trip is postponed until June 23 - July 1 2016.
For those interested in still going: Please email sarah@ampedforeducation.org as soon as you know if you will go in June. We will credit 100% of any payments that have already been made toward that trip. Payment of at least $850 per person is due before Feb 13. The remaining balance in full will be due by June 1.
For those not interested in going: Please email sarah@ampedforeducation.org as soon as possible and we will work to get you a refund in full.
This delay will allow us to get cheaper flights, as well as extra time to get others to join the trip as well. If you are able to recruit new volunteers for the trip, we can offer a $100 discount for every additional friend who joins. If you have any questions or concerns about the trip at this point, please don't hesitate to reach out. The next meeting we have will be right before February break to touch base about payments, flights, and other specifics. We will post meeting information here and email it to everyone beforehand.
