Tonight's meeting

Hi all!  Just a reminder that we have a meeting tonight at 7:00 in room 95 at Smith Academy.  If you have it, please bring your passport with you.  We can fill out some of the paperwork tonight electronically if you haven't already filled out the paper forms that I handed out at the last meeting.  Here are the links to those forms if you want to fill them out and submit them on your own:

 Please be prepared tonight to hand in your $350 deposit at the meeting.  Because of the flights, we need to nail down the definite amount of travelers.  

Also bring any additional questions with you, we will have an expert on site ready to answer!
